Books connecting generations: GEOTECHMIN GROUP donates to kindergartens and community centres
Eleven kindergartens in the municipalities of Etropole, Chelopech, Mirkovo, Koprivshtitsa, Zlatitsa, Chavdar, Pirdop and Anton, as well as 14 community centres in Sofia city, the village of Rumyantsevo and Sofia region, have received new book donations from GEOTECHMIN GROUP.
The books, published by Zahari Stoyanov Publishing House, were donated as part of GEOTECHMIN GROUP’s long-standing Culture and National Identity Programme – an initiative, through which the Group promotes access to quality literature, helps preserve spiritual and cultural values, and supports the development of local communities.
One of the most memorable moments was the visit to the youngest children in the town of Etropole, where the artist, Academician Ivan Granitski, together with representatives of Geotechmin OOD and Ellatzite-Med AD, visited three kindergartens and a nursery school. The children were captivated by the world of books and enchanted by the fairy tales that sparked their imagination. Their smiles showed that a love of reading can be nurtured from an early age.
