GEOTECHMIN GROUP provides an opportunity for Bulgaria’s young talents to do their internships in our companies, gain practical experience and job-ready skills, and stay in Bulgaria.
Every year we welcome dozens of university students from Bulgaria and abroad.

Since 2009:
over 500 young people have joined our internship programmes
and more than 25% of them have become full-time employees in our companies or have become our scholarship holders
