More than 150 GEOTECHMIN employees complete training at New Horizons Academy for Managers
GEOTECHMIN GROUP continues to invest in its most valuable asset – people – with focus and consistency. The project New Horizons Academy for Managers, launched in 2024 and continuing in 2025, has been implemented in partnership with the Centre for Management and Vocational Training EAD (part of GEOTECHMIN GROUP) and In Your Hands Consulting Company. To date, more than 150 senior managers and employees have completed a six-module training programme, strengthening their management skills and preparing them for the challenges ahead.
The programme covers essential topics, including the role of the manager and leadership styles, mentoring and delegation, personal effectiveness, handling difficult conversations, motivation and commitment, and organisational effectiveness and teamwork. It enables participants to build on their knowledge, apply practical tools and refine the skills they need to effectively manage people and teams at all levels in the company.
From February to July 2025, 25 colleagues from nine companies across the Group attended the Academy.
