Geotechmin OOD wins Innovator in Sustainable Policies Award
Geotechmin OOD was honoured with the Innovator in Sustainable Policies Award by the United Nations Global Compact Network Bulgaria during the official celebration of the organization’s 15th anniversary.
The award was conferred in recognition of the Bulgarian Virtues Charity Programme. It was presented by Mr Ognyan Trayanov, former long-time Chairman of the UNGC Network Bulgaria, to Mr Dominic Hamers, Executive Director of Geotechmin OOD.

These projects are sustainable, continually built upon, and have a lasting positive impact on local communities. At GEOTECHMIN GROUP, we are committed to improving infrastructure and quality of life, supporting talent development, revitalizing public spaces, and helping to provide high-quality healthcare and modern education in small towns and villages,’ said Mr Dominic Hamers.
The Bulgarian Virtues Programme was established in December 2018 at the initiative of the President of Geotechmin OOD Prof. DSc. Eng. Tzolo Voutov together with the companies Geotechmin OOD, Ellatzite-Med AD, Geostroy AD and Geotrading AD.
Since then, more than 220 projects have been completed in more than 13 municipalities through the Bulgarian Virtues Programme.
