SKGT Transremontstroy AD was privatized and acquired by GEOTECHMIN in 2007. It has more than 80 years of professional experience in the performance of construction and installation works on tramways.

The company’s main activity is related to the construction, repair and maintenance of Sofia’s tram railways. SKGT Transremontstroy produces rail structures and special equipment necessary for the building and exploitation of tramways and railroads. It designs and manufactures various elements and spare parts for machinery and equipment.

SKGT Transremontstroy’s activities combine tradition and innovation. One of the strategic goals of the company is the introduction of new technologies which raise the quality of its services. The utilization of unique specialized metal processing equipment as well as the accurate work done by the highly qualified personnel guarantee high technical level of the manufactured products.

By joining the GEOTECHMIN group, SKGT Transremontstroy gained the opportunity to further expand its activities to other sectors of the machine-building, construction and transportation fields.
