Roads and Equipment EAD was privatized and acquired by the GEOTECHMIN group in 2006. The company has more than 50 years of experience in maintenance (incl. snow removal), repair and rehabilitation of roads and streets, road facilities and pavements, urban communications systems and infrastructure. The company manufactures construction materials, concrete, concrete products, asphalt mixtures and bituminous emulsion, and provides services with construction and transportation equipment.

In the execution of earth, road and asphalt works, Roads and Equipment EAD applies modern technologies and uses its large production capacities and specialized machinery. The company operates asphalt plants for warm asphalt-concrete mixtures with overall capacity of more than 200 t/h. Additionally, it owns a concrete plant and manages Gradetz quarry which has an annual capacity of 65,000 cub.m.

The company team consists of 270 highly qualified specialists and workers.

Roads and Equipment EAD has implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008. It is also certified under ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 and in 2011 received a certificate for Social Accountability SA8000:2008.
