Patstroy-92 AD is established in 1993 and since 2008 it belongs to the GEOTECHMIN group of companies. It is among the leading Bulgarian companies in the field of road construction.

Patstroy-92 offers a full service package – from preliminary design and engineering through implementation of construction works to maintenance of the completed site. The main activities of the company are:

• construction activities and services in the field of transport infrastructure: new construction, repair and maintenance, including winter maintenance of highways, roads and road facilities, urban communications networks and infrastructure
• construction and reconstruction of wastewater treatment facilities, sewerage and water supply systems, landfills for municipal solid waste and other environmental sites
• production of construction materials: various types of concrete, concrete products, asphalt mixtures and bitumen emulsion
• management of two limestone quarries and production of aggregates

Over the past 10 years Patstroy-92 has executed more than 400 national and municipal road network projects. It has been working successfully on various projects under programs PHARE, PHARE Cross-Border Cooperation, SAPARD, Construction of Highways in Bulgaria and Operational Program "Regional Development 2007-2013".

Patstroy-92 has an integrated management system encompassing standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. The company maintains a road-testing laboratory which is accredited according to standard ISO/IEC 17025:2006.

Patstroy-92 AD is a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and it is listed in the Central Register of Professional Builders for building categories І to V. The company is a co-founder of the Bulgarian Branch Chamber ROADS. It is a member of the International Road Federation which has its headquarters in Geneva, and of the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association.
