Infrastructure
One of GEOTECHMIN’s business units with high priority is unit Infrastructure.
The development of this sphere of activity is entrusted to several companies for road construction and maintenance, which are managed and coordinated by the subsidiary Road Company AD. These companies are engaged with:
- construction, repair and maintenance of roads, road facilities and communication networks
- construction and reconstruction of tramways and railroads
- design and construction of street lighting
In the long run the prospects for development of this business unit are related to more active participation in strategic infrastructural projects such as the extension of Sofia metropolitan network and the construction of roads and highways.
