Geostroy AD is founded in 2005. It performs high-quality construction and renovation works.

The company management team consists of engineers of proved reliability and competence in the field of construction. Geostroy places special importance on high quality and on-time delivery in all stages of the construction process – from design to finishing works. State-of-the-art technology and materials meeting all European construction standards are used by the company in its construction work.

The relocation of the existing primary crushing unit and the optimization of ore transportation at Ellatzite mine is among the biggest projects of the company. The new primary crushing unit KET-3 occupies an area of one decare and its height is 45 m. 13 000 cub.m. of concrete and about 1,000 tons of reinforcement were used at this site, and various specialized equipment has been installed. At Ellatzite mining complex the company also carries out construction of several water treatment facilities for mine waste waters.

Other important industrial projects implemented by the company are:

• Trestle for unloading lines to warehouse No.1 at KET-1, Ellatzite mine – rebuilding of a reinforced concrete structure
• New drainage pump station at tailings pond "Benkovski-II"
• For Chelopech Mining EAD – earth excavation and earth fill works, reinforced concrete slabs, rectangular and round machine foundations, installation of equipment fixings
• Roof slab and outside structures at Metrostation 11-II

In the field of civil construction Geostroy has executed the following projects:

• St. Ivan Rilski Miner's Club, Mirkovo village – repair of the existing building and construction of an additional storey
• Four-star hotel Skalite, Belogradchik – repair and reconstruction of the existing building with a total build-up area of 7551 sq.m.
• Ellatzite Club, Etropole – reconstruction of the existing shop into a modern information center and construction of an adjoining entertainment room

Geostroy AD has an integrated management system which encompasses standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. The company is a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber; it is registered for all types of construction works under groups І, ІІ, ІІІ, ІV and V. Geostroy is also a member of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Scientific and Technical Union of Mining, Geology and Metallurgy.
