A Bulgarian delegation led by the Chairman of the Scientific and Technical Union of Mining, Geology and Metallurgy Dr. dipl. eng. Tzolo Voutov attended the 21st World Mining Congress in Poland.

Organizers of the event were the Scientific and Technical Union of Mining, Geology and Metallurgy, Bulgaria and Minstroy Holding AD. One of the co-organizers was Geotechmin OOD. The company president Tzolo Voutov was the chairman of the organizing committee.
