Ever since it was established, the GEOTECHMIN group has been engaged in the field of real estate management, which has lately become one of the most dynamically developing economic sectors in Bulgaria. The activities performed by the group include: research, sale and purchase of real estate; investment, legal, tax and financial consulting and other services; design, construction and interior planning; real estate management and marketing.

Among the main activities of business unit Real Estate and Investment Projects are the acquisition, construction and renovation of tourist sites. Hotel “Skalite” in the town of Belogradchik will soon start operating, and the design works for the renovation and development of the privatized motel “Rabisha” (Rabisha village, Belogradchik municipality) are almost completed.

Geotechmin has constructed several residential and office buildings in Sofia. The group of companies uses part of the premises as offices. The rest are put up for rent. GEOTECHMIN’s main office on 9 Lyulin Planina Str. is a modern building well located in the center of Sofia.

In addition, Geotechmin OOD owns approximately 30,000 sq.m. of land in central and strategical parts of Sofia (on Todor Aleksandrov Blvd. and in the vicinity of Sofia Airport), as well as in Bansko and in the villages of Bania and Rabisha; 4,400 decares of farm land most of which in north-western Bulgaria, as well as 440 decares of forests.

The Real Estate and Investment Projects unit also manages estates owned by the group, including 7,000 decares of farm land, 420 decares of forests, and approximately 92,000 sq.m. of terrains in Sofia, Varna, Belogradchik, Koprivshtitza and Berkovitza. Hotels, SPA centers and holiday resorts have been or will be built on these terrains. Furthermore, GEOTECHMIN owns and manages about 520,000 sq.m. of land and buildings situated close to main roads in Sofia, Godech, Berkovitza and Lom regions.

Business unit Real Estate and Investment Projects is constantly making efforts for improvement and for development of new profitable activities in the real estate field.
