On December 12, 1990 three mining engineers established Geotechmin OOD to provide consulting and engineering services for the mining industry in Bulgaria.
Since then the company has developed its range of activities to include industrial, infrastructural, civil and environmental engineering and construction as well as real estate development. Geotechmin has also been operating successfully “Ellatzite” mine – the largest copper and gold open pit in Bulgaria.
Today the GEOTECHMIN group consists of 5 business units, namely Mining, Construction, Infrastructure, Environment, Real estate and is represented by more than 20 companies with a total work force of some 4,200 people.
