Description of the project:

The project has been implemented in partnership with the subsidiary company Petrobau Ingenieur Bulgaria, which is a part of the German consortium Lurgi Metallurgie GmbH.

Construction and assembling works for the erection of bases/ foundations of facilities to the following plants: concentrate drying plant; electro dust filter; coolers; gas feeding equipment; sulphuric acid production and gas cleaning plant; also the building of steel constructions, conveyor bridges, platforms and other technological facilities.

Conducted works:

• General site preparation and cleaning – 4,100 sq.m.
• Building of roads – 3,300 sq.m.
• Excavation works – 5,700 cub.m.
• Concrete works - structure and foundation concrete – 3,810 cub.m.
• Formwork – 6,000 sq.m.
• Reinforcement steel – 340 tons
• Steel structures, anchors and embedded works – 8 tons
• Acid resistant layer and acid resistant tiles – 920 sq.m.
• Waterproofing works – 4,200 sq.m.
